Maybe it's because I grew up in very rainy Pittsburgh, but I LOVE shooting in less than perfect conditions weather wise. This sleeting, foggy walk home from Cosmopolitan made for some beautiful views of the mountains surrounding Telluride. I love the inviting, warm glow from the homes and shops on the back alley.

To say I strive for authentic, real, unique weddings is maybe an understatement. To say these two took the cake in that arena wouldn't even come close.

Theirs was MY first, official wedding in Telluride and I think theirs has definitely set the tone, pace, mood and feel of every other wedding I have photographed here.

An abundance of love and support from their families, friends, counsel of friends- I'm talking about you, it was felt throughout the entire day. I felt it. Everyone felt it.

Whatever it takes to get your tie right! Mountain Lodge Telluride was the perfect place for the groom and groomsmen to get ready for their San Sophia wedding and Gorrono Ranch reception. They had plenty of room to spread out, eat, have some cocktails all while getting prepped. It's a beautiful place with unreal views!
