A Telluride Style Elopement | Telluride Colorado Elopement Photographer | Abie Livesay Photography

It’s officially ski season here in Telluride and where better to exchange vows than on the trail? It was an absolute honor to be a part of Heidi and Matt’s special day! After their intimate vows exchange, they followed up with a ceremony and outdoor celebration with their friends and family on the historic Aldasoro family ranch.

This long-standing family ranch has survived the past 100 years since the family first migrated from northern Spain. They are one of the many unique locations to celebrate here in Telluride, and the best part?? They have sleigh rides! Their season begins in December but you can make your reservations now!

Elopement of Two | Telluride Colorado | Telluride Wedding Photographer | Abie Livesay Photography

“We had the most wonderful time with Abie during our elopement of two, and the photographs she took turned out wonderfully. I can't tell you how many people have told me they were the most beautiful wedding photos they had ever seen! We went on an adventure up the mountain with Abie and stopped at so many magical spots to take photos. In the moment, I knew I was having fun, but I didn't have any idea how gorgeous the shots would be. Thank you so much, Abie! Highly recommend!!!.” -Claire

Every Aspect was Seamless | Telluride Colorado | Telluride Wedding Photographer | Abie Livesay Photography

“I found Abie via Instagram. I messaged her letting her know the dates that I would be visiting Telluride and she got back immediately about taking our engagement photos. We had an intro call with Abie where she filled us in on every detail about working with her, answered all of our questions, and we simply enjoyed her personality. From the moment we met her in Telluride she was prompt, professional, communicative, and it is very clear that she is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she is doing. We went to different landscapes with Abie and took the most amazing photos. We were so comfortable with her and really enjoyed talking to her the whole way through. The photos came out fantastic, and Abie had them finished and ready to share very quickly. Every single aspect of working with her was seamless. She is so talented, and my fiancé and I are thrilled that we chose her to capture this special moment in our lives.” -Brittany

Mountain Top Engagements | Telluride Colorado Engagement Photographer | Abie Livesay Photography

Mountain top engagements are my favorite. The unexpected question parallels the thrill of the flying down the slopes and the joy couldn’t be warmer in the brisk, fresh, Telluride air. If you aren’t familiar with the trails here, the Telluride Ski Resort shares everything you could ever want to know. And in case you didn’t know, Telluride is a gem! Her history, her people and her sights are just the beginning of an extraordinary experience. Colorado Ski spills the beans, and I couldn’t agree more. I’d love to help you plan the perfect, snowy engagement whether you prefer the blue squares or the double blacks in life, I’m here for you!
